Tiny and Mighty.
Real, Living Miniature
Succulent Arrangements
Handcrafted in Silicon Valley
Our Most Loved Pieces
From tiny pots to miniature landscapes, each arrangement is artist-designed, made with real succulents and finished by hand.
Selections vary by season and event availability.
With a Hint of Bonsai and Japanese Art of Hakoniwa
Each piece is one of a kind by our original design, and they age over time with nature, slowly.
We carefully arrange the whole environment including our custom media and special care instruction, to control expected shapes and sizes from offspring, growing to replanting each tiny baby with hand, and balancing a whole element until they start singing their harmony!
Our work provides the small unique atmosphere for people to enjoy California succulents with a new, refreshing way.
Brighten up your personal space?
Originating from Japan—we started Baby Succulents in San Francisco Bay Area, after falling in love with the quiet charm and resilience of California succulents.
With our background in horticulture and a love for small, thoughtful design, we create miniature living arrangements that bring a gentle touch of nature to desks, kitchen counters, windowsills, balconies, front porches, and other everyday spaces—a tiny and mighty pot can bring a small piece of nature closer to your everyday life!
Succulents are water-wise, low-maintenance, resilient, yet blooming like flowers and changing colors with the seasons!
Each piece is one of a kind and based on our original designs. We arrange every element by hand, from growing and selecting tiny succulents to replanting, balancing, and finishing each miniature landscape. Because they are living pieces, they slowly change with time — just like nature itself.
Our work offers a fresh way to enjoy California succulents in everyday spaces.
About Our Work
About Baby Succulents

Water:
Water every 7–10 days until it drains out from the bottom.
To check moisture, gently lift the pot — if it still feels heavy, wait a little longer.
Sunlight:
Our succulents thrive in bright spaces, and love sunlight.
If they're in a dark spot, they might outgrow to look for the light (etiolation)!
Then, Move them to a brighter spot, or place them under a grow light if natural light is limited.
How to Care for Them - it's easy!
Bonsai Style— Small by Design:
Despite being "babies", their growth is slower than one might expect. Some varieties may get a bit taller in a few months, but they generally stay compact without repotting. They can stay vibrant for several seasons or longer in our original pots,
like long-lasting flowers!
